Join instructor Michael Ruggiero to learn techniques to improve soil quality, protect perennials and tender plants through the winter, eliminate choice overwintering sites for insects and diseases, and manage all those fallen leaves.

Whether in a shady corner or a sunny border, selecting the right plant combinations makes the difference between a ho-hum garden and one that gets rave reviews. Concentrating on perennials, join Sheri Forster to learn to use color, texture, height, and bloom when combining plants to create a harmonious look for your garden come spring.

Join Trish O’Sullivan to learn with discussion and step-by-step design demonstration how to create a grand holiday centerpiece for dining, coffee, or entry tables in a pedestal vase inspired by Dutch still-life paintings. Our flowers will include large amaryllis and ranunculus, English garden roses, lisianthus, hydrangea, snow and hypericum berries, all set-in pine, eucalyptus, and dusty miller. Learn the tips and tips of the trade for insuring a long-lasting and vibrant floral centerpiece without chemicals or floral foam.
