In School Families
(Current Students, Siblings, & Alumni) Applications will be sent directly via brightwheel one week prior to the due date.
Monday, November 19, 2026
Admissions application and $100 non-refundable application fee are due, holding a spot for your child.
Monday, November 23, 2026
Contracts and $500 non-refundable tuition deposit are due.
Thursday, April 1, 2027
Payment installment plan begins.
Monday, August 2, 2027
Health and Emergency Forms are due. These forms will be mailed out over the summer.
New Students
Tuesday, December 1, 2026
Admissions applications are now accepted. $100 nonrefundable application fees will be billed following application submission.
Friday, December 11, 2026
Families will be notified regarding the acceptance of their child at NCNCPS.
Tuesday, January 5, 2027
