The first is a boutique honeybee farm, Red Bee Honey. The artisinal honeys are handmade in small batches and used to produce sustainable skin care products as well as gourmet foods. The organic gardens also produce culinary and medicinal herbs, vegetables and flowers for cutting.

Millstone Farm, the second garden and greenhouse is an award-winning sustainable farm located in Wilton that specializes in year-round specialty greens and seasonal vegetables. The farm is also home to heirloom chickens and turkeys, Tamworth pigs, Shetland sheep and Devon cattle.

The last garden features pastured egg laying hens, a 2,500 square ft. vegetable garden, shrubs valued for cut flower production and a low mow lawn. None of the plants on this property receive supplemental water and most - if not all - of the building materials are freecycled.
